Prologue

Course Introduction

There is a saying which goes like this: "A picture is worth more than a thousand words." How about a couple of pictures with good storytelling? How much would that be worth?

I believe the answer would be "priceless."

What you'll learn from this course

There is a saying which goes like this:

A picture is worth more than a thousand words.

How about a couple of pictures with good storytelling? How much would that be worth?

I believe the answer would be "priceless."

Since I started The Tiny Wisdom 2 years ago in 2021, the stories I shared on the internet have found their way to strangers worldwide and touched their feelings. With stories as the medium, I have made countless connections and interacted with people I wouldn't even know existed.

One of my stories about baggage in life resonated with someone who bottled up his feelings for years. And he was relieved that The Tiny Wisdom could help him express his feelings.

Others had the same experience of losing friends. At some point, they wondered why it happened. But over time accepted the fact that both of their friends had changed and moved on with life.

Being able to tell stories helped me understand that humans - despite all the differences - are more similar than different. At the core, we're all trying to figure out life.

In this course, you will learn how to generate limitless ideas, choose which idea to work on, expand your idea, and tell your stories in a comic strip. By the end of the course, you'll be able to create and share your own stories and touch people's feelings.

Before you move on to the next chapter, let me remind you one thing. This will be the mindset that you should keep in mind while you are pursuing this course:

It's not gonna be easy,
But it's not impossible.

Your friend,
Brian.

Before we start...

Along the course, you'll see comic strips I made just for this course.

I figured the best way to show the power of storytelling is to use it as a learning tool in this course. I want to show it to you, not just telling it to you.

So, whenever you see this comic book thumbnail, click on it, and read the story.

Ps. This one is an old comic strip I posted last year. When the course is officially launched, I will update the comic strips :)
